Windham EMSWindham Ambulance Association was organized in 1971. It is staffed entirely by volunteer Emergency Medical Technicians and volunteers who have completed training as Emergency Vehicle drivers. They serve 5 townships in Bradford County -- Warren, Windham, Orwell, Rome and Litchfield. This area is approximately 140 square miles.
